This after school program is open to girls only. In 6 weeks, we will use yoga, mindfulness and creativity to inspire, develop self-awareness, self-expression and self-esteem. Using physical and mental exercises, we will explore themes including compassion/kindness, truth, balance, connection/communication, contentment, self and our own innner-awesomeness! Strudents should wear comfortable clothing that allows for stretching and movement. 6 week program on Tuesday. Dates: 4/10, 4/17, 4/24, 5/1, 5/8, and 5/15.
